Function: The CPP co-extrusion line is mainly used to produce three-layer and five layer co extruded CPP, EVA and high barrier films containing PA and EVOH
Line Features：
● The screw is designed with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity, and is matched with European static mixer to ensure good plasticization, good mixing effect and high output.
● Online auto film-thickness measurement and automatic die-head adjusting, the imported Europe cooling forming roll is optional, the special spiral runner design ensures good film cooling and shaping effect at high speed.
● Equipped with positive pressure device and negative pressure device to ensure the stability of film melting.
Direct online recovery of film scraps greatly reduces production costs.
● Fully automatic central rolling, equipped with imported tension controller and automatic roll changing and cutting, with an easy operation.
Product Features:
● CPP film has high transparency and low haze.
● CPP film has good flexibility and cold resistance, especially suitable for frozen packaging.
● CPP film has good heat sealing performance due to its low orientation.
● The strength of CPP film is lower than that of the stretched film because it is an outward stretched film, but the metallocene CPP has very high strength.
Product Application:
● After printing and bag making, CPP film is suitable for clothing, knitwear, flower packaging bags, document and photo album film, and food packaging.
● Potential uses: food packaging, candy packaging (kink conjunctiva), drug packaging (infusion bag), replacing Pvc, synthetic paper, adhesive tape, business card holder and standing bag composite materials in photo albums, folders and documents.
