Use of air-cooled chiller:
● The chiller is used for cooling the plastic processing machinery molding mold, which can greatly improve the surface finish of plastic products, reduce the surface wrinkles and internal stress of plastic products, make the products not shrink and deform, facilitate the demoulding of plastic products, speed up the product shaping, and greatly improve the productivity of the plastic molding machine.
Applicable industry of air-cooled chiller:
● Cold injection molding, extrusion, bottle blowing, thermal molding, mechanical cutting, non cutting, casting, surface treatment, laser technology, welding, plastic molding, etc;
● Temperature reduction of ferry oxidation equipment, plastic, electronic manufacturing, electroplating, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, ultrasonic cooling, printing and other chemical industries.
Features of air-cooled chiller:
● The advantages of the air-cooled chiller are: it absorbs cold air by itself and discharges hot air for heat dissipation, without the need for an external cooling tower, without the restrictions of the circulating water pipeline, and it is easy to install and move.
● Free cooling water tower, easy to install and move, suitable for places without water source.
● Low noise fan motor, excellent cooling and condensation effect, stable throttling mechanism, excellent rust prevention treatment.
● High performance compressor imported from Europe and America, high EER value, low noise and stable operation. This product adopts touch type waterproof and dust-proof control panel, and the refrigeration temperature is adjustable at 3~30 ℃. The contactor belongs to the Schneider series of France. The control system adopts modular design, and is equipped with multiple protection devices such as acid and alkali inlet protection, current overload protection, high and low voltage protection, time delay protection, etc. If there is a fault, it will alarm in time and display the fault.
● This product uses a brand new original imported compressor, which belongs to the Panasonic Sanyo series of Japan, so that the energy efficiency ratio of the product is higher. The condenser uses a vertical shell and tube design, and the copper tube of the evaporator uses an efficient internal thread copper tube, which can effectively improve the thermal effect and is easy to clean
