Function: This extrusion line is mainly used to produce single-layer PP cast film
Features of the extrusion line:
● The screw is designed with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity, which is matched with European static mixer to ensure good plasticization, good mixing effect and high output;
● Online auto film-thickness measurement and automatic die-head adjusting, the imported Europe cooling forming roll is optional, the special spiral runner design ensures good film cooling and shaping effect at high speed
● Equipped with positive pressure device to ensure the stability of film melting;
● Film scraps are directly recycled online, greatly reducing production costs;
● Fully automatic central rolling, equipped with servo wheel controller, automatically change and cut off the roll, and the operation is very simple.
Product features:
● PP film has temperature resistance and abrasion resistance.
● PP film has good flexibility, cold resistance and ultrasonic fusion.
● PP film is an outward stretched film, its strength is lower than that of the stretched film, but it has high strength after blending modification.

● PP film is printed and bagged, which is applicable to clothing, knitwear, flower packaging bags, document and photo album films, stationery and food packaging;
