Applicable scope of oil temperature controller:
● Oil temperature machine is applicable to injection molding, precision injection molding mold temperature control, extrusion molding temperature control, runner heating temperature control, rubber and plastic machinery temperature control.
● With complete specifications, water and hot oil can be selected as the heat transfer medium, and suitable models can be selected according to the required temperature.
Characteristics of Oil Transporting Die Automatic Temperature Control Machine:
● The mold temperature machine adopts temperature controller, which adopts Japanese and Italian (P.I.D.) touch mode internal storage, automatic calculation, accurate and reliable, and can be controlled within ± 1-2 ℃, saving 35% electricity.
● Two sets of electric heating tubes can be used separately or jointly.
● The heating and cooling time is fast and the temperature is stable.
● The electric heater is made of stainless steel.
● The safety protection and fault indication system is complete.
