Purpose of box dryer:
● The box dryer is widely used for drying any plastic materials, and can also dry materials of different materials and colors at the same time.
● It is especially suitable for drying materials with high temperature accuracy requirements, low consumption and various colors
● It is also suitable for preheating or drying in dry food, pharmaceutical, electronic electroplating and other industries.
Operating principle of box dryer:
● Put the materials to be dried into the movable material tray, and when the power is turned on for operation, the strong wind wheel;
● Start to force the air entering from the air inlet to blow to the electric heating tube. The air is heated by the electric heating tube, and passes through the perforated partition wall to evenly blow to the materials. The air carrying moisture will be drawn out of the oven by the top moisture exhaust fan.
● Such repeated circulation will achieve the effect of moisture removal and drying
