Use of hopper dryer:
The most effective and economical equipment for plastic drying is widely applicable to the drying of any plastic material. It can dry the raw materials that are wet due to packaging, transportation or recycling. The stainless steel barrel can be directly equipped with injection molding machines, extruders, granulators, etc. for drying plastics. It is fast and space saving. This top blowing hot air dryer can provide 25-1000kg of material.
Working principle of dryer:
The hot air generated by the heating pipe is blown into the barrel by a high-performance high-temperature fan at ℃, which can fully dry the plastic, maintain the drying requirements of the plastic, and maintain a long-term uniform temperature
Features of dryer products:
● The plastic dryer adopts a high-performance hot air diffusion device with uniform hot air dispersion to keep the plastic drying temperature uniform and increase the drying efficiency
● The unique hot air pipe bending design can avoid the accumulation of powder chips at the bottom of the electric heating, causing combustion
● The raw material contact surface is made of all stainless materials. Precise die-casting aluminum shell with smooth surface and good thermal insulation performance
● The bucket is separated from the bottom, which is convenient for material cleaning and rapid for material change. The surface of the stainless steel upper screen and lower screen is flat, smooth and easy for dry cleaning.
● The proportional deviation indicating temperature controller is used to accurately control the temperature
● Double overheating protection device can reduce accidents caused by mechanical failure
● Full digital PID control LED status display. 0-99 hours timed automatic lift
● Double layer bucket, stainless steel electric cylinder, heat dissipating electric tube, high temperature fan. The intermittent drying method is provided to save electricity
Note: The standard temperature is within 120 ℃, and the 200 ℃ high temperature type can be customized.
