Application of vertical mixer：
● Suitable for mixing various plastic granules, plastic chips, crushed materials, plastic granules, new and old plastic materials and color masterbatch;
● Pelletizing, plastic granulation, color masterbatch manufacturing, plastic modification, recycling processing of recycled materials, large injection molding, chemical powder mixing and other processing industries.
● The formula of raw materials (nozzle, color masterbatch, chemical powder, etc.) can be mixed before granulation, or the order quantity of the same batch of manufactured particles can be used. The raw materials with differences due to different periods of time and different cycles can be mixed together at one time, so that the whole batch of materials can be consistent from nature to color, thus improving production efficiency and product quality.
Note: For materials such as nylon fiber, acrylic, PC, etc., the customer should explain in advance when purchasing, so the type of materials is extremely hard, and the mixing knife needs to be specially thickened to be durable

Working principle of vertical mixer;
The vertical mixer adopts the principle of spiral mixing. It conveys the materials put into the hopper to the upper end of the barrel through the spiral spindle, and then falls in an umbrella shape and continues to mix up and down circularly, so as to achieve uniform mixing
Functions of vertical mixer:
It has the functions of automatic operation timing, overload protection, feeding limit alarm, etc; It also has the advantages of less land occupation, large capacity, low power consumption, labor saving, convenient operation, quick mixing and even weighing.
Performance characteristics of vertical mixer:
1. The bucket and spiral blade shall be made of stainless steel evenly to prevent corrosion and easy to clean.
2. Low power consumption, large mixing, fast speed, even in 3-5 minutes.
3. The propeller blades are processed integrally after welding, with high concentricity, stable operation and low noise.
4. The rack underframe is designed with grease filling device to make the bearing durable.
5. The frame is made of frame design, which is firm and durable.
6. Sealed mixing, uniform mixing, no leakage.
7. Vertical shape operation, small land occupation and space saving.

Feeding mode of vertical mixer:
Screw mixing is used for feeding, which is convenient for feeding. Workers can directly stand on the ground to feed (or use a fan to directly feed plastic particles into the barrel from the granulator)
Vertical mixer machine classification:
It is heating drying type and non heating type. The barrel materials are divided into stainless steel type and iron plate type, which can be selected from 0.5-15t capacity models for customers. Customers can also choose heating or non heating machines according to their own needs.
