PRODUCT DETAILS INTRODUCTION
● The production line is used for the production of PET and PLA sheets. It does not need a pre crystallization drying system, and is suitable for the production of secondary materials. It has the characteristics of high output, low energy consumption and excellent plasticization.
● The screw is a building block structure with multiple combinations and a wide range of applications. It is not only suitable for the production of PET, but also suitable for PLA biodegradable materials and starch based degradable materials.
● Double vacuum exhaust is adopted for the machine barrel to ensure full discharge of moisture.
● The extruder is equipped with a melt needle metering pump for constant pressure output, and the closed loop automatic control of pressure and speed is set.
● The whole machine is controlled by PLC to realize automatic control of parameter setting, data calculation and feedback, alarm and other functions.
