Use of chiller:
The application of the chiller to the cooling of the plastic processing machinery molding mold can greatly improve the surface clarity of the plastic products, reduce the surface wrinkles and internal stress of the plastic products, make the products not shrink and deform, facilitate the demoulding of the plastic products, accelerate the product shaping, and greatly improve the production efficiency of the plastic molding machine.
Applicable industry of chiller:
● Cold injection molding, extrusion, bottle blowing, thermal molding, mechanical cutting, non cutting, casting, surface treatment, laser technology, welding, plastic molding, etc;
● Temperature reduction of ferry oxidation equipment, plastic, electronic manufacturing, electroplating, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, ultrasonic cooling, printing and other chemical industries
Features of screw chiller:
● The screw type chilled water compressor adopts an international brand, a new type of high-efficiency spiral rotor compressor, which is 20% - 30% more efficient than ordinary compressors, and has obtained patents in Europe, America and many countries and ISO9001 international quality certification.
● High efficiency 5:6 patented asymmetric rotor tooth profile.
● Four segment (100% - 75% - 50% - 25%) or three segment (100% - 66% - 33%) and non segment control systems can be used for capacity control.
● Timely a-type axial thrust balance drum combination design of 11 bearings is adopted, which greatly improves the bearing life by 2.5-3.5 times.
● The high efficiency silicon steel sheet and special groove design are adopted, and the internal and external omnidirectional design cooling channels are equipped, so that the compressor motor can play the highest efficiency under any load.
● The unique built-in oil pressure system ensures that the compressor maintains the best lubrication effect without oil pump.
● The oil separator adopts the double layer filtering mode, with good oil filtering effect, and the heat exchanger can give full play to its capacity;
● A variety of refrigerants are available. In addition to R22 refrigerant, R134a, R407c and other environmentally friendly refrigerants can also be selected.
● Full text bit compression volume ratio (Vi=2.2/2.6/3.0/3.5) is optional, which can effectively avoid additional energy consumption caused by over compression or insufficient compression.
