Machine Features:
● The structure of stepless variable speed reduction gearbox is simple and can be equipped with V.S Motor or DC motor or variable frequency motor according to the customer's needs to adjust the screw speed at will.
● The screw barrel is made of special steel, and then it is quenched and ground. The surface is plated with hard chromium, which is resistant to high temperature and wear. It can operate continuously at high speed for a long time.
● The screw length diameter ratio 32:1 is matched with the specially designed screw die head and wind ring to obtain products with uniform thickness, strong toughness and high transparency, and different types of coiling devices are equipped according to different needs.
