Use of horizontal mixer: suitable for large amounts of plastic particles, powder, new materials, and old materials, adding help for mixing and color mixing; Single layer barrel wall pure mixing function, the double layer can be heated. It is commonly used for the mixing and drying of large-capacity plastic dye granulation, modification, recycling of recycled materials, PVC, TPR, TPE, PP, PE, and other plastic particle powders, and chemical powder materials (such as calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, talcum powder, flame retardant, titanium dioxide, PVC powder, additives, ceramic glaze, etc.).
Principle of horizontal heating mixer: the heat transfer oil in the oil tank is heated by an electric heating tube, and the materials in the barrel are stir fried and dried by using this temperature during the mixing process. The interlayer of the barrel is heated quickly and evenly, which is better than the direct heating, so as to achieve the purpose of mixing and drying.
Features of horizontal heating mixer:
● The heating and drying type of horizontal mixer adopts double-layer U barrel design, and the inner wall is made of stainless steel;
● Heat transfer oil is used as the heating medium, and the temperature standard is 50-150 ℃, up to 300 ℃; Uniform heat, easy to control;
● All stainless steel central shaft and "S" shaped blade, solid and durable, with good homogenization effect;
● Famous motor and reducer are selected, with large output and stable performance;
● The screw feeder can be ordered, which saves the feeding platform and is safe, fast and convenient;
● Manual or pneumatic outlet can be used according to customer requirements;
● The drying and mixing are combined into one, and the "heating switch" can be turned off for material homogenization;
● Multiple safety protection devices ensure the safety of the machine used by the operator.
