Performance characteristics of circular cooling tower:
● The industrial cooling water tower body is all made of FRP glass fiber reinforced plastic composite material, and the surface is made of color glue, which has anti-aging and corrosion resistance. After being made, the whole tower is bright, bright and clean, and does not fade.
● The water distribution system adopts copper new nylon rotary water distribution, which has the advantages of large flow, small floating water, low noise, uniform water distribution and low water supply pressure.
● Special motor and fan for cooling tower are adopted, and the tower body is matched reasonably, featuring low speed, large air volume, low energy consumption, etc.
● Modified oblique wave PC is used as the filler. The test shows that it has high strength, high cooling effect, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance and can adapt to poor water quality.
● All steel supports are hot-dip galvanized, and then sprayed with dual industrial anti-corrosion paint, which can extend the service life.
● The cooling tower chassis can be used as a water collecting tray, and is equipped with automatic, overflow, sewage discharge and other devices. It can be used as a closed circulating water tank without the need for another tank.
● The mute series is more suitable for residential areas, close quarters of public houses and strict control of urban environmental noise, with unique noise reduction technology.
● High temperature series can cool down to 25 ℃, which is suitable for water circulation with high dry inlet water temperature
● The whole tower has strong stability, can withstand Richter 8 vibration, and wind resistance can reach 12 level
