Use of eco-friendly dryer:
The eco-friendly dryer is widely used for drying any plastic materials. It can dry raw materials that are wet due to packaging, transportation or recycling. The stainless steel barrel can be directly used for drying plastic materials such as injection molding machines, extruders, granulators, etc.
Features of eco-friendly dryer:
● The eco-friendly dryer is a replacement product of the standard hot air dryer, which is improved on the basis of the original function by fully considering the environmental protection factors.
● Energy saving - reduce heat loss, recycle, and greatly save electricity.
● Improvement of efficiency - centralized heat energy, dehumidification equipment can quickly discharge moisture out of the machine to speed up drying.
● Environmental purification - closed design, which can filter dust and avoid pollution in the process of circulating drying, and can reduce the temperature rise of the working environment caused by drying.
● High temperature resistance of special filter.
● The fan can be equipped with 150 ℃ high temperature resistant type to ensure safe operation of the fan.
